Upon Arrival: 
Pickled beets, made in traditional manner with fragrant spices, tangy balance of sweet & tart

Slow roasted AAA Alberta

Mini Yorkshire pudding, cold pressed canola oil, aioli, shaved horseraddish

Tomato tart, Gull Valley tomatoes, flaky puff pastry, fresh herbs

 

Family Style Dinner:
Ukrainian Coleslaw, herbs grainy mustard, shredded carrots

New potatoes with fresh dill & cream

Corn & tomato salad

Turkey, beer brined, slow roasted with a hint of smoke

Wagyu Beef flank steak with pickled mushrooms

Khulmans beans tossed with creamy butter

 

Dessert:
Sour cream coffee rhubarb cake, with "boozy" whipped cream

 

Wines:

Red Rooster Canadian Wine from the  Okanagan

Join us for a Southern inspired "Farm to Table Dinner" in the loft of the Old Red Barn- just minuets from Leduc.

The meal will take you to the deep south from flavourful local meat smoking on our Louisiana Grill, to front porch sippin' cocktails. Guests will also enjoy live music by Rylan & Jen Martin.

Cowboy boots & western attire are encouraged at this event!

 

Southern BBQ Menu:

Starters: Fire Roasted Tomato & Red Pepper Gaspacho (served chilled)

Starter Cocktail: "Uncle Earl" -Earl Grey Vodka Sweet Tea Ft. Black Diamond Distillery

Appetizer: Fried Green Tomatoes & Grilled Corn Bread

Salad: Watermellon & Grilled Halloumi Salad- with cucumber mint & balsamic reduction

Entrees: Pulled Pork Silders with Lemon Rosemary Shoestring Fries

Grilled Triple AAA Alberta Beef Serlion Steaks with Creaamy White Bean Cassoulet

Dinner Cocktail: Bourbon Old Fashioned or Blackberry Bourbon Smash
